“Mike, I can’t thank you enough for making my friend’s retirement celebration an event that he’ll remember and cherish the rest of his life. For such a monumental day in his life it was only fitting that it be celebrated with the wonderful music you brought us. I’ll be sure to invite you when circumstances allow us to get together for a wee dram.” Peter, Nov. 2021

“We had our company campaign launch, and Mike was amazing, helping us bring attention to the launch.  It sure created a stir among the staff.  Highly recommend Mike!”  Krista Harper, HSBC Bank Canada

I am the official piper for the Rocky Mountaineer Rail Company and can be found most mornings in the Vancouver tourist season piping for guests. I play for the Pitt River Lodge, The Blarney Stone, in Vancouver’s Gastown, the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, numerous universities and colleges, couples getting married, families grieving a lost loved one, birthday parties and sometimes for people who just like to listen to the pipes.

I am the executive director of ScotFestBC: The British Columbia Highland Games, a former member of the RCMP E. Division Pipe Band,  the Triumph Street Pipe Band (III), Sir. John A. MacDonald Pipe Band and the Halifax Police Pipe Band and organizer of the 160th Antigonish Highland Games Reunion Pipe Band, which will be held in 2025. All piper’s welcome.

I played briefly with pipe bands in Gander, NL and Edmonton, AB. while working for CBC News.

“Jerry and I want to thank you for your amazing piping. How beautiful it was to hear you playing as everyone pulled into the wedding. Jerry was soooo in awe. He still can’t believe I did that. He absolutely loved your playing. Thank you for making our wedding so special (Jerry and Trisha, June 2014)
