Here’s a YouTube video of the Dowco Triumph Street Pipe Band, of which I am a Director. This is the band’s medley from the 2009 World Pipeband Championships in Glasgow, Scotland last August. This was the “new” band’s first time competing in the World’s Grade One competition and they made the “cut”, in other words, qualified for the final. Not bad for a young band. Their final ranking was 13th in the world. A great finish for 2009. Now, let’s watch what they do in 2010.
