Starting young and playing well – 10 yr. old on the bagpipes

I found this video on YouTube.  It’s from a performance earlier this month at Sabhal Mor Ostaig on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.

The young bagpiper’s name is Lewis, but I’m not sure what his last name is. It’s a safe bet it’s likely MacDonald, MacPherson, Cameron or some other fine Scottish clan name.

It’s a nice performance, strong piping and an indicator of the importance of starting the bagpipes early and practicing.

Enjoy!
